When Reporting an Issue
Please include:
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- The SmartCart app version
- A short description of what happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if helpful
- Whether the issue involves course creation, community courses, scoring, GPS distance measurement, Bluetooth pairing, or remote joystick control
Common Topics
Location
SmartCart uses location access to show your position on golf course maps and calculate distances. You can manage location access in iOS Settings.
Bluetooth
SmartCart uses Bluetooth to connect to compatible SmartCart trolley hardware. If pairing or remote control does not work, make sure Bluetooth is enabled, the trolley is powered on, and the device is nearby.
Course Data
Courses you create stay on your device unless you choose to upload them. Uploaded courses may be shared with other SmartCart users.
